E. Ray Michaels, Jr. has been with Batson-Cook Development Company since 1998. Ray is primarily responsible for developing real estate opportunities for Batson-Cook Development Company. Ray is a graduate of Vanderbilt University, and a licensed Real Estate Broker. Ray began his career in the real estate business in 1967. From 1967–1998, Ray’s involvement in real estate has included the development, redevelopment, and management of over 1,000,000 S.F. of retail, as well as the development of over $100,000,000 of medical and office buildings, and 500 units of residential condominiums. Ray has also arranged financing for various types of real estate projects in excess of $500,000,000.
