Director of Investments
Mark is responsible for growing the firm's investment platform through strategic joint venture partnerships. He has extensive knowledge of commercial real estate and has either worked for or advised many of the country's premier real estate firms. Originally hired by Hines, Mark has also worked for Transwestern and CBRE in their consulting and investment sales divisions. Previously Mark was a Vice President with First Fidelity, an Atlanta-based boutique mortgage banking firm where he specialized in structured finance, equity procurement, and mid to large size debt transactions. Prior to joining Batson-Cook Development, Mark was the Chief Operating Officer of a regional retail development company. He received a Bachelor's degree in Economics with minors in Accounting and English from Randolph-Macon College and is currently pursuing his Master's of Business Administration from Georgia Tech.
