Andy Ulsh has been with Batson-Cook Development Company since 2003 and represents the company in general business development as well as residential and mixed-use development joint ventures, with primary responsibilities including land acquisition, project feasibility, and project implementation and management. In addition to his roles with Batson-Cook Development, Andy serves as Managing Broker of Batson-Cook Realty, LLC, an affiliated commercial real estate brokerage firm. Andy is a 1996 graduate of Lebanon Valley College.
