Cleveland Towne Center is the third project jointly developed with Warren Commercial Real Estate of Brentwood, TN.

Batson-Cook Development was integral to all phases of the development of Cleveland Towne Center, working closely with the surrounding neighborhoods and Planning Commission to provide development that sets the standard for future development in Cleveland. Cleveland Towne Center brings to Cleveland long awaited retailers that until now were only present in the Chattanooga market.
