Embassy Row, a joint venture development between Batson-Cook Development Company and New York Life Insurance Company, is a 490,000 square foot office complex in Atlanta, GA consisting of three Class A office buildings. Developed during the boom of the Atlanta office market, Embassy Row helped spark the office growth of the Abernathy/ Georgia Route 400 corridor by being one of the first development in the area. Today, this corridor is one of the largest office sectors in Atlanta.
BCD was responsible for the land acquisition, rezoning, development, management and leasing of this project as well as assisted in the sale of the project to Carr America in 1997.
*Batson-Cook Company, the former parent and now sister company of Batson-Cook Development Company, provided construction services for Embassy Row.
