Powers Ferry Landing, a joint venture between Batson-Cook Development Company and New York Life Insurance Company, is a mixed-use development located on the north side of Atlanta at I-285 and the Chattahoochee River. Powers Ferry Landing, Batson-Cook Development Company’s first significant project was also one of the first office parks in suburban Atlanta. The office park not only contains office buildings, but also retail shops, banks, restaurants and a hotel. Over thirty years after its development, Powers Ferry Landing continues to be an Atlanta landmark.
