Batson-Cook Development Company expanded both its scope of services offered, as well as its market area, through the development and success of The Village of Southend. In an effort to take advantage of the growing condominium demand in the Charlotte metro area, Batson-Cook Development Company secured land in the emerging Southend area of downtown Charlotte. Batson-Cook Development Company partnered with Boulevard Centro, a leading designer and developer of condominiums in Charlotte to produce units to appeal to the abundant young professionals working in the community.
