Woodbury, a fee-development project, is located near the intersection of Newnan Crossing Bypass East and lower Fayetteville Road, in Newnan, GA. The project consists of high-end townhomes and single-family hoomes on 60 and 70-foot lots.

During the planning portion of Woodbury, special attention was given to the relationship between architecture, landscaping, streetscape, and overall "feel" of the community. Planners, engineers, architects, landscape architects and the builder have been actively involved in every step of the planning process, resulting in a community with a true sense of place.
