Batson-Cook Development Company is a sister company of Batson-Cook, one of the largest and oldest construction companies in the Southeast, so where possible, we prefer to have Batson-Cook build our development projects. However, it is not a requirement. Batson-Cook Development operates as a separate company from its sister, thus giving it the advantage of leveraging its parent’s in-house construction knowledge and resources, yet also allowing it the flexibility to work with different developers.
