Property management has been a significant portion of the Batson-Cook Development Company business plan since the company’s first development in 1963. With several property managers on staff, Batson-Cook Development has experience in managing both office and retail centers. We have served as the property manager for Belfair Towne Village in SC and Mall Park Center in KY, as well as nearly all of the company’s early developments, and we continue to serve as the property manager at the Augusta Riverfront Center office complex in GA.
