75 Jackson Street, a fee development infill project with the Thomasson Family, is located at the intersection of Jackson Street and Jefferson Street, the front door to historic Newnan, GA. 75 Jackson Street sits on the property associated with the historic and highly visible Arnall-Mann house. Originally constructed by the family of the current owner in the 1920's as a primary residence, the home was ultimately converted into office space. Batson Cook Development Company has worked closely with both the Family and The City of Newnan to create an office park that compliments the historic character of Newnan design and architecture. Once complete, the complex will consist of three new office buildings and two renovated office buildings.
