Albany Law Enforcement Center is being developed in conjunction with the Georgia Department of Human Resources office building in Albany, GA. Batson-Cook Development Company was chosen to play an instrumental role in the Albany downtown revitalization plan by serving as the developer for these projects.

The Albany Law Enforcement Center will ultimately serve as police headquarters for the City of Albany. The development of the Law Enforcement Center and the Georgia Department of Human Resources building have accomplished the goals of the downtown revitalization plan by dramatically enhancing the quality of downtown facilities. Batson-Cook Development Company’s development partners for this project included Albany Tomorrow, Inc. and Gateway Development Services.
