This 17-story, 280,000-square-foot condominium project will feature 107 residential units, ranging from 589 square feet to 1,951 square feet. A six-level parking garage and street-level retail space will also be included in the project's scope of work. Interior features will include 10-foot ceilings, bamboo floors, granite countertops and bathroom tile.
