Parkway Commons is a retail development in Franklin, TN consisting of Target (125,000 sf), Kroger (66,000 sf), Small Shop Space (43,000 sf), three outlots and a Kroger fueling facility. Parkway Commons is being developed jointly with Warren Commercial Real Estate of Brentwood, TN. This is the second project that Batson-Cook Development Company developed with Warren Commercial Real Estate.

Batson-Cook Development Company was instrumental in all development phases of this project. Site selection, design and leasing were all challenging aspects of this development. However, the most challenging issue was to develop the site in a manner that would truly add to the quality of life in the local community. To accomplish this goal, Batson-Cook Development Company approached the local community and fully embraced the requests of the local planning commission. Parkway Commons is the first retail development in Franklin, TN to follow the planning commission’s new design standards. The final result of Batson-Cook Development Company’s insistence for community and government involvement will prove to be one of the most attractive, quality retail facilities in the area.
