Woodbury, a fee-development project for Lichty Brothers Homes, a Coweta County, GA based custom and tract homebuilder, is located near the intersection of Newnan Crossing Bypass East and Lower Fayetteville Road, in Newnan, GA. Woodbury was carefully designed to complement existing Batson Cook Development Company projects in the surrounding market. The project will consist of high-end townhomes with an average size of 2400 square feet, and single-family homes on 60 and 70 foot lots, with an average size of approximately 2800 square feet.
